This place is SO cozy and feels like being at home. The house is stocked with everything you need. The location is great. The Complex is quiet. We would absolutely stay here again!

I've visited Chicago and used AirBnB many times over the past four years. Tara is by far the most proactive, clear, supportive AirBnB host of all i have interacted with. The unit was spotless and she provide two small "container" tubs with Dishwasher and Laundry detergent - was VEDRY impressed with her level of prefessional support/communications with this rental. She provided a simple slide presentation with text and supporting actual pictures of the lock box, wifi, etc. on check in and check out. Really an example of what all AirBnB hosts shoudl strive to provide (many do alot - she covered everything!). I will definitely rent from her again next time i visit Chicago.

The house was a great spot for a group gathering! The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We had an issue with heating the hot tub, but Tara was immediately responsive and helped us get it working properly, and she monitored the temperature remotely to make sure it continued working throughout our stay. Would recommend for a group stay!

Such a cute home on a cute street! Everything was very clean upon arrival and fully stocked with everything you could need, even down to spices for cooking. The beds are more on the firm side if that’s suitable to you. We had gotten a lot of snow one morning and they were quick to clean off the sidewalks. Love being in a quiet charming neighborhood but having the L a short walk away for easy access into the city. The perfect home away from home.

This place was absolutely perfect!! 8 people were in the house during my stay and every couple got their own room! Check in and check out was super easy and having access to the laundry room was great! Will definitely be staying at again in the future!

This stay was a bit of an inconvenience for us as we were out of our house because of flood damage that was being repaired, however, being able to stay close to home with our pets in a beautiful area made this ordeal a lot less inconvenient 😊 the property was perfect for us and communication wasvery open and prompt responses to anything I had needed. We love Dunedin and this home is right in the heart of it all. I would definitely recommend staying here for a short getaway or as in our case a temporary home away from home ❤️

The property was just as described by the host and in many very positive reviews: clean, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located near good restaurants and public transportation. Communication with the host was outstanding. Tara was quick to respond, helpful, respectful, and friendly. I hope to book again sometime soon.
