We were so happy to return to the Cycling Mermaid for our 4th visit! The home is comfortable for our family of 9. The children loved the pool and we had so much fun. Tara is an awesome host. We have stayed at several properties around the country and this host is top - notch, for sure! Always responsive to questions, and the house has everything we need in stock. Thank you so much - our stay was a blessing!

We stayed at this condo for over two weeks while our home was under repair. It’s was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything needed. The deck with a nice view was an added bonus. Our family of 4 was very content there. Great restaurants within close walking distance, and playgrounds if you have kids. Definitely book this one if you need a comfortable place in north center.

This is our second time staying here and we’ll be back again! The house is perfect for a family getaway. We really enjoyed the improvements to the backyard with additional patio space and outdoor seating. We made sure to take a bike ride and love that we don’t have to worry about bringing helmets as they are provided. We made sure to use the beach sand toys, chairs and cooler for our ocean days. The house is a short drive from Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island and Sunset Beach. We had many family meals at the house and enough cooking utensils for any dinner we made. We appreciate having an outdoor fridge by the pool to keep some extra drinks out there. As a mom with a young child, the super secure pool fence is the BEST part of this house and the reason we come back. 5 Stars!

Another fantastic stay! Their apartment is in an amazing location near so many great restaurants. And they provide the basics of what you need during your stay; coffee, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and so much more. The washer/dryer is handy and with 2 bathrooms, I didn't have to share counter space for all my makeup and hair products. This was my 4th time to stay in this location during my art fair and I hope it is available next year as well. Thank you so much for being fabulous hosts!!!

We feel so lucky to find this rental! Tara, the host, communicated quickly, clearly, and her attention to detail is outstanding. We stayed with 2 other couples and all 6 of us were so very happy with the accommodations. The pool (complete with floats and noodles etc.) and hot tub were wonderful, warm and inviting. The gourmet coffee set up left nothing to be desired. TV in every room made viewing for all so easy. The location is great, close to shopping and area tourist interests. We WILL BE BACK! there was nothing to dislike

The house and pool were great. Safe neighborhood. Kids loved the bunk beds. They had local coffee and honey to use in addition to a full coffee bar. The travel itinerary and recommendations were very helpful. It was centrally located to a lot of things to do and see. Would stay here again. The host was very nice and accommodating. It was little warm/humid in the master bedroom during the day. Just had to keep an eye on the thermostat and make sure the fan was on but night was fine.

Everything was well thought out as far as needs to come in and relax right after a long day of traveling to get here. Very clean. Could use Kleenex and dish rags. Couldn’t find either of them. Also, bedside tables for both sides of dbl/qu/king beds and lamps are needed. Maintenance could work on cleaning up lanai screens frame and fix the electrical wires sticking out from the ceiling fan on lanai ceiling. We didn’t feel safe using the ceiling fan and light in the lanai due to exposed wires to weather. , securing alarms onto door frames and curtain rods better. Need anchors. Pool table needs leveling big time! The overhead garage door doesn’t close completely. Otherwise, this place was beautiful and comfortable.
