We feel so lucky to find this rental! Tara, the host, communicated quickly, clearly, and her attention to detail is outstanding. We stayed with 2 other couples and all 6 of us were so very happy with the accommodations. The pool (complete with floats and noodles etc.) and hot tub were wonderful, warm and inviting. The gourmet coffee set up left nothing to be desired. TV in every room made viewing for all so easy. The location is great, close to shopping and area tourist interests. We WILL BE BACK! there was nothing to dislike

We loved staying at Tara’s place. It’s very comfortable, and has everything you need. Great shower pressure, comfortable beds, and it’s located in a lovely neighbourhood close to anything you might require. Tara also gave great local recommendations. Thank you for your warm welcome!

Immaculately clean, Best resources of any rental I’ve had. Everything needed was perfectly stocked and available: coffee, supplies for coffee, paper towels, napkins, cleaning supplies, soaps for clothes and dishwasher, cleaning supplies, and spices. TV remotes all well placed and worked well. Heating/cooling easily Adjusted and well functioning. Bedding and towels well stocked. Furniture new and comfortable. Highly recommend, professional host.

Tara was very thoughtful. The apartment is large & very clean & neat. Coffee pods are included, nice perk! The beds are comfortable & bathrooms are large & clean. I stayed on after my initial visit expired.

This place was great! Just as described and very clean. Tara was very responsive when I had questions, and there was more than enough space for everyone in our group. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we all felt safe and at home. Definitely recommend!

This property accommodated our crew while we were working at Tropicana Field and worked out very well for our stay. The home was clean, well maintained, and accurately represented in the listing. The layout was comfortable and practical for a work stay, and the location was convenient to the job site. Communication with the host was clear and responsive, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. We would definitely consider staying here again for future work in the area.

The place is awesome and truly fits the description as listed. We decided on this place because of a local event at the Derby Casino and we couldn’t have been more happy on the location and cleanliness of the house. I would definitely recommend and I will keep this house in mind for my next trip to St. Petersburg

We fell in love with the place the moment we got in. Everything was even better than in the pictures, thoroughly cleaned, plenty of space, spacious kitchen with complementary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc... What I particularly liked is that there were cleaning supplies under the sink in both kitchen and bathroom and plenty of extra rolls of toilet paper. The beds are super comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet, residential with family homes, plenty of street parking space. Easy access to two highways, close to O'Hare... Having a washer and a drier was super convenient. Us being familiar with the area, we just felt at home away from home. In total, we loved our stay and hope to be back on our next visit to Chicago.
