When available, we offer a Half Day Stay, allowing check-in anytime after 10:00 AM on your arrival day for half of the nightly rate. Because our priority is to book the full night whenever possible, this option only becomes available within 5 nights of your arrival date if the previous night remains unbooked. Availability is also subject to our cleaning and maintenance schedule. Pet Policy Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets. - Stays under 30 nights: $35 per pet, per night - Stays of 30+ nights: flat $250 per pet, per month Planning a stay of 30 nights or more with your pet? Pool Heat Enjoy a warm, comfortable swim during your stay! Pool heating is available for an additional fee: - $45 per night - $225 per week If you would like to add pool heat to your reservation, please let us know after booking. We will send you a secure payment link and ensure the pool is heated for your arrival. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay and is best when requested at least 48 hours in advance. The heat pump's effectiveness depends on outdoor temperatures, and refunds cannot be offered if water temperatures are affected by cold weather. Security & Privacy For security purposes, a floodlight camera monitors the driveway, and a doorbell camera is located at the front door. A Minut noise monitoring device is installed inside the home to help prevent parties. It monitors noise levels and smoke only and does not record audio or video, ensuring your privacy. Excessive Cleaning The cleaning fee covers a standard turnover. If the home requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use (including but not limited to excessive trash, stains, bodily fluids, excessive dirt, moving furniture, or evidence of unapproved additional guests), the additional cleaning costs will be documented and charged through Airbnb's Resolution Center. We were so happy to return to the Cycling Mermaid for our 4th visit! The home is comfortable for our family of 9. The children loved the pool and we had so much fun. Tara is an awesome host. We have stayed at several properties around the country and this host is top - notch, for sure! Always responsive to questions, and the house has everything we need in stock. This is our second time staying here and we’ll be back again! The house is perfect for a family getaway. We really enjoyed the improvements to the backyard with additional patio space and outdoor seating. We made sure to take a bike ride and love that we don’t have to worry about bringing helmets as they are provided. We made sure to use the beach sand toys, chairs and cooler for our ocean days. The house is a short drive from Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island and Sunset Beach. We had many family meals at the house and enough cooking utensils for any dinner we made. We appreciate having an outdoor fridge by the pool to keep some extra drinks out there. As a mom with a young child, the super secure pool fence is the BEST part of this house and the reason we come back. 5 Stars!

The house and pool were great. Safe neighborhood. Kids loved the bunk beds. They had local coffee and honey to use in addition to a full coffee bar. The travel itinerary and recommendations were very helpful. It was centrally located to a lot of things to do and see. Would stay here again. The host was very nice and accommodating. It was little warm/humid in the master bedroom during the day. Just had to keep an eye on the thermostat and make sure the fan was on but night was fine.
