NEIGHBORLY RESPECT - Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM - Strict no-party policy. This home is for relaxing family vacations and professional retreats. - Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. All guests must be registered; unapproved visitors are not permitted. HALF DAY STAY (EARLY CHECK-IN) If the home is unbooked the night before you arrive, you can check in as early as 10 AM for 50% of the nightly rate. We can confirm availability within 5 days of arrival. PET POLICY Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets. - Stays under 30 nights: $35 per pet, per night - Stays of 30+ nights: flat $250 per pet, per month Planning a 30+ night stay with your pet? Please message us before booking, and we'll adjust the reservation. MANAGEMENT FEE & DAMAGE WAIVER A mandatory $89 Management Fee includes an accidental damage waiver covering up to $1,500. It excludes negligence, smoking, and pet damage. POOL HEAT Pool heat is available for $45 per night or $225 per week. Let us know after booking, and we'll send a secure payment link. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay and requested at least 48 hours in advance. The heat pump depends on outdoor temperatures, so we can't offer refunds for weather-related changes in water temperature. SAFETY & SECURITY Exterior cameras monitor the driveway and front entrance. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas. A Minut sensor monitors noise and smoke levels only (no audio or video recording). CLEANING Your cleaning fee covers a professional turnover. Excessive cleaning due to stains, smoking, or unapproved pets will result in additional fees. Certificate of Use issued for STR-A-25-00823.
