The third has two single beds, a TV, and a dresser, which works well for kids or roommates. A second full bathroom serves both of those bedrooms. The living room has a TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, with a dining area next to it. Step out to the covered patio for your morning coffee. The unit sits right across the courtyard from the community pool entrance and the shared laundry room, one of the most convenient spots in the complex. It's great for relocations, travel nurses, Tampa Bay work assignments, snowbirds, or anyone between homes.

Minimum stay: 30 nights, as required by the condo association Association approval: The condo association approves all stays. After booking, you'll get instructions for the association's online application, which covers documents, e-signatures, a background check, and Board approval. The $150 application fee is paid directly to the association. Please complete it promptly to avoid delays. If you don't expect to pass a criminal background check, please don't book. There's no way around the screening. Security deposit: $1,500, refundable Rental agreement: sent after booking and must be signed within 24 hours. No pets, no smoking.

Largo and Clearwater hospitals are a short drive away, which makes this a good base for healthcare assignments. On days off, Clearwater Beach is about 20 minutes away, and Largo Central Park and the Pinellas Trail are close by.
