Security deposit $1,500 No Pets Association Approval Condo association approval is required for all stays. Guests will be provided with instructions to complete the association's online resident application and screening process after booking. Please complete all requested information promptly to avoid delays in approval. The association's Tenant Evaluation system handles the application documents, fees, e-signatures, background screening and Board approval process. $150 Application Fee that is directly processed through the HOA. This process is specifically designed to check criminal background. If you do not believe you will pass the tenant screening, please do not book this listing as there is no way getting around it. If you fail the background screening, you will lose your security deposit. Rental Agreement After booking, guests will receive a short-term rental agreement outlining our house rules and policies. The agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.
