Guest Access
You'll have the entire third-floor front apartment to yourself: both bedrooms, both full bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, and in-unit washer/dryer. Self check-in is easy with a lockbox at the front gate (details sent before arrival). The unit is up three flights of stairs with no elevator. Parking and outdoor space are not included with this unit.

Getting around is easy without a car. The Irving Park Brown Line station is about a 5-minute walk, with direct trains to downtown and the Loop. Wrigley Field is about 1.5 miles away (a 20–25 minute walk or a quick ride). Rideshare is plentiful, and O'Hare is about 25 minutes away by car, Midway about 35. Parking is not included with this unit. Metered street parking is available on Irving Park Road, and free street parking is available on nearby Hamilton and Hoyne.
