The Pinellas Park Pad is a modern single-story home with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that sleeps up to 10. There are just two small steps inside, one in the living room and one near the bathroom, so it’s an easy fit for families and grandparents. THE BACKYARD The heart of the home is the fully fenced backyard with a huge saltwater pool, sun loungers, and outdoor seating. Fire up the propane grill (propane included) for a cookout by the pool. Pool heat is available as an add-on (see details below). The coffee station has a Keurig Duo, a French press, and locally roasted Bonsai Coffee, plus teas, flavored syrups, and hot cocoa. Other Details to Note
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM HALF DAY STAY (EARLY CHECK-IN) When available, you can check in anytime after 10:00 AM for half the nightly rate. This only opens up within 5 nights of arrival if the night before is unbooked, and it depends on our cleaning schedule. POOL HEAT Pool heat is available for $45 per night or $225 per week. Let us know after booking, and we'll send a secure payment link. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay and requested at least 48 hours in advance. The heat pump depends on outdoor temperatures, so we can't offer refunds if cold weather affects the water temperature. PET POLICY Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets. There is a one-time fee of $250 per pet, for any length of stay. MANAGEMENT FEE & DAMAGE WAIVER The mandatory $89 Management Fee includes an accidental damage waiver covering up to $1,500. It does not cover negligence or pet damage. RENTAL AGREEMENT After booking, you'll receive a short-term rental agreement with our house rules and policies. It must be signed within 24 hours of booking. Some guests may also be asked to complete a quick ID verification. SECURITY & PRIVACY A floodlight camera monitors the driveway, and a doorbell camera is at the front door. There are no cameras inside the home. A Minut device inside monitors noise levels and smoke only. It does not record audio or video. CLEANING The cleaning fee covers a standard turnover. Excessive cleaning beyond normal use (trash, stains, bodily fluids, moved furniture, or signs of unregistered guests) will be documented and charged as an additional fee. BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR This is a residential area, so please keep noise respectful day and night. Maximum 10 guests, no parties or events, and no unregistered guests without host approval.
