CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM HALF DAY STAY (EARLY CHECK-IN) When available, you can check in anytime after 10:00 AM for half the nightly rate. This only opens up within 5 nights of arrival if the night before is unbooked, and it depends on our cleaning schedule. FEES - A $45 damage waiver covers up to $500 in accidental damage. It does not cover negligence or pet damage. - A $50 resort fee is charged once per stay and collected at the time of booking. PET POLICY One small dog is welcome for $35 per pet, per night. RENTAL AGREEMENT After booking, you'll receive a short-term rental agreement with our house rules and policies. It must be signed within 24 hours of booking. SECURITY & PRIVACY A floodlight camera and a doorbell camera monitor the front door. There are no cameras inside the condo. CLEANING The cleaning fee covers a standard turnover. Excessive cleaning (trash, stains, bodily fluids, moved furniture, or signs of unregistered guests) will be documented and charged through the booking platform. OCCUPANCY Maximum 4 guests. No unregistered guests without host approval. No parties or events.
