The pool made the whole house! There also is a small little office with a crib attached to the main bedroom. Was a great workstation and baby area! Tons of pool toys and perfect patio area for lounging. Tara was also super hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed and gave plenty of recommendations for activities in the area. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The house was as described, the pool was lovely and the area had all the stores/eateries you could need. A short distance to the beach, Tampa and Busch Gardens. Tara was quick to respond when I had a couple of questions.

This rental was comfortable, cozy and very well appointed. I appreciated the desk and extra screen to get some work done. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and has tons of convenient street parking. I would definitely recommend this property for a comfy stay.

Tara’s place was clean, quiet, and convenient. The decorations and amenities made it feel like a home and not a quick put together place to stay. The location was in a peaceful area just north of the city with plenty to do. Tara was responsive and offered proactive recommendations along the way. Would come back to the city and absolutely stay here. Highly recommended

Everything was well thought out as far as needs to come in and relax right after a long day of traveling to get here. Very clean. Could use Kleenex and dish rags. Couldn’t find either of them. Also, bedside tables for both sides of dbl/qu/king beds and lamps are needed. Maintenance could work on cleaning up lanai screens frame and fix the electrical wires sticking out from the ceiling fan on lanai ceiling. We didn’t feel safe using the ceiling fan and light in the lanai due to exposed wires to weather. , securing alarms onto door frames and curtain rods better. Need anchors. Pool table needs leveling big time! The overhead garage door doesn’t close completely. Otherwise, this place was beautiful and comfortable.

The apartment is great! It is updated with all the modern amenities you would need. The back deck provides a great place to drink some coffee in the morning. You really feel at home in the apartment. Plus it has a garage which is a rare amenity in the city. Tara was a great host to work with, communicating all the details about the apartment, and recommendations to try while you stay. I plan to stay here anytime I visit Chicago.

I must say prior rooms did not do justice to how incredible of a stay provided by Tara at this location. She managed to cover things and provide a layout for the stay that I would have never thought of. I will most certainly be coming back my next time up to Chicago.

Tara mentioned that she grew up in this house, and her care for the home showed throughout. Exactly like the photos - on a gorgeous block, easy walk to the subway, plenty of restaurants in the North Center neighborhood. The house itself was beautiful, an incredible amount of space, with a patio, deck, and upstairs terrace, along with a huge master bedroom with jacuzzi and bathroom. We told Tara we would definitely stay with her again when we visited Chicago, and meant it. Thank you so much, Tara!
