Fierce Co-Hosting Properties

This was the second time I stayed at this location. And it was as great as the first time. Tara is an excellent host and very responsive with any need. She also is very organized and sends reminders and has a booklet with information about the area with restaurants, shopping, and instructions about the apartment. The apartment is comfy and spacious and stocked with everything you would need or use in your own home. The beds are cozy and the pillows fluffy. There is a washer/dryer and a great space to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. Another very important feature is the garage space. I come ton Chicago for art shows and it’s nice to be able to lock my vehicle with paintings and not have to worry about parking on the street and potential theft or damage. Walking to eat shop and to my art event at Artifact Events on Ravenswood was nice and the train is convenient a few blocks down. I can’t wait to come back to. Chicago and this is my go to location. The house is beautiful and located in a wonderful neighborhood. Very walkable to lots of activities as well as the Brown line to easily get downtown. It was perfect for the 6 of us to enjoy our stay in Chicago. Tara was a fantastic host, incredibly responsive and very helpful. The instruction book in the house was full of great info and even had QR codes for simple instructional videos to make sure we used the fireplaces safely. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Chicago !
