There are two bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Linens and towels are included. Views of Wrigley Field on your private patio with TV. The kitchen has an open concept in the dining area and living room, with a smart TV. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Options: Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, but if you'd like to arrive earlier, we offer flexible early check-in options based on availability starting five days before your arrival date. This allows us time to try and sell the whole night first, which is always our priority. Here are the early check-in options if available: 1 Hour Early Check-In –No charge (subject to availability) Half Day Stay (Check-In Between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM) – Half the nightly rate Before 10:00 AM – Full nightly rate

Minut Device: The unit is monitored by a noise detection device called Minut. This device monitors the noise inside the unit, cigarette and marijuana smoke, and the number of Bluetooth devices walking through the door. This device is solely to prevent parties from occurring in the unit and ensure we respect the neighbors. This is not a recording device. If you would like more information about the device, you can visit the minut website. Parties are strictly prohibited. We want guests to enjoy their stay, but this is not a party house. The owner lives on the property. To ensure a smooth check-in experience and to comply with current short-term rental regulations, we ask that you complete a guest verification process through our trusted partner, Truvi. This step helps us provide enhanced protection for our guests and our property. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text with instructions for verification. This process includes a real-time selfie, ID check, and safety search. Additionally, you will need to e-sign our short-term rental agreement, which outlines the house rules and important information about your stay. Please complete the verification and the agreement before arrival to facilitate a quick and seamless check-in. For compliance with local guest registration requirements, all guests will be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID through our secure third-party system, Truvi, after booking is confirmed.
